A Lexington native he was born August 15, 1990, the son of Carl Gary Sullivan and Jennifer Leigh King Leahy.
Zac will be remembered for his caring heart, fun-loving spirit, and perfectly styled hair. He loved music, especially the Beatles and Rasta music. A devoted cat lover, he had an extensive collection of cat shirts, and his affection for cats began with his beloved Giggles.
As a child, Zac loved being outdoors. Pestering his big sister. Whether climbing trees or skateboarding, he was adventurous and daring. He grew into a natural caretaker who lovingly cared for his grandparents, Gary and Betty Sullivan, until their passing. He was also a talented cook, able to turn whatever he found in the refrigerator into something delicious. As the “fun uncle,” he brought so much love, laughter and joy to his family.
Those left to cherish his memories include his mother, Jennifer Leahy; his father, Carl Sullivan (Sandra); and his siblings, Cara Sullivan, Napoleon Richardson, Paris Richardson, Connor Leahy, Chloe Leahy, and Cooper Leahy.
A service to celebrate Zac’s life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Bush River Funeral Home.
