Gregg Leroy Stainbrook

COLUMBIA—Gregg Leroy Stainbrook, 55 of Columbia, SC. Entered into Rest on Sunday, February 8, 2015.Born May 13, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Roy Stainbrook and Dorothy Jane Mizanin. He was a loving Father, Husband, Brother and Grandfather.He was married to his wife, Kathleen Stainbrook for 32 years; daughters, Jeanne Stainbrook and Fiance, Glen Harris and Jennifer Stainbrook; son Bryan Stainbrook; brother, Bruce Stainbrook; he was blessed to meet his granddaughter, Macie Grace Harris for a short period of time; as well as his beloved dog, Lucy. We will always have his spirit with us and will cherish all of our family memories.He was a true believer in living life to the fullest, as he battled a long and hard illness. His passion was fishing and hunting with his son Bryan. The family would like to extend their appreciation and love from the Amedisys Hospice Team, along with his wonderful physician, Martha Parker- Hester, MD and Troy B. Gamble, MD. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday February 14, 2015 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212.The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home.
