Harry E. Breedlove, 84, passed away May 1, 2026. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Harry Breedlove and Mildred Kizis. He served in the United States Air Force and retired after numerous years in Retail Management from K-Mart, Pharmore and Dollar Tree. Following retirement, Mr. Harry took time to find old friends and reconnecting with others. Being from Pittsburgh, it wasn't hard for Mr. Harry to be involved in Steeler Nation as he was apart of the Black and Gold Brigade for his lifetime. He also had a lot of other hobbies he enjoyed in life. Mr. Harry had a passion for fishing. Often times, you could see him fishing on the Santee Cooper, Myrtle Beach on the Pier, or even on Lake Murray with his Bass Tracker bass boat. Enjoying life was important to him, from many trips with his wife Linde to Las Vegas, embarking on cruises, or simple trips to the beach. Most importantly, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He took great care of his wife for so many years, even until the end.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Linde Breedlove; sons, John Breedlove (Vivian) and Bill Breedlove (Melanie), grandchildren, Amanda Burgess (Griffin), Talley Breedlove, and Mary Breedlove (Tiger Beard); great-grandchildren, Hunter Burgess and Hallie Burgess; and brother, Richard Breedlove.
There will be a private entombment for Mr. Harry held at a later date.
