Joyce Coleman Turner

GASTON—A graveside service for Joyce C. Turner, 80, of Gaston will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in Bush River Memorial Gardens.Pastor Ken McDonald will officiate. Born in Florence, she was the daughter of the late Alan C. Coleman and Alma Mae Morrell Coleman.She attended Seven Oak Presbyterian Church and worked at JB White Department Store for 15 years. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela K. Turner; sons, Steve W. Turner (Patricia), Jeffrey C. Turner (Natalie) and Douglas M. Turner (Yvonda); 9 grandchildren; brother, AC “Pete” Coleman.She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Ward Turner, Jr. of forty years.
