Visitation will be held for Leonor Torres, 85, Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Temples Halloran Funeral Home, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212. Leonor was born on July 1, 1935 in Arequipa, Peru, to the late Honorio Quicaño and Peregrina Romaña de Quicaño.She passed away on August 28, 2020 at Lexington Medical Center surrounded by her family. Leonor will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Leonel Torres, and her daughters Dalia Riester (Steve) and Wilda Williamson (Ray).Leonor will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Andrew Riester, Maddilyn Riester, Anthony Williamson, Connor Williamson, and Jack Williamson; and by her brothers, Mario Quicaño, Julio Agusto Quicaño, Julio Albino Quicaño, and her sister Carmela Quicaño de Espinoza.Leonor is predeceased by her brothers Gilberto Quicaño and Raul Quicaño. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the Autism Society at SCAutism.org.
