Marguerite Hancock Frick

WEST COLUMBIA-Memorial service for Marguerite H. Frick, 90 of West Columbia, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212, Pastor Brett DeYoung will officiate.The family will greet friends from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Frick passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Albert Henry Hancock and Garnet Johnson Hancock.Former member of Saxe Gothe Presbyterian Church.Loved goingto the Yellow Rock Dance Hall and was a member of the several Country Western Dance Groups. Surviving are her daughter, Marguerite Seay (Kenny) of Knoxville, TN;step-children, Claudia, Wayne and David Frick; grandchildren, Karen, Rebecca, Amy, Ernest, Kristen, Kevin, Wayne Jr., Priscilla, Brandon, Danielle, Elizabeth and Sarah;a number of great-grandchildren andgreat-great-grandchildren.Marguerite was preceded in death by her first husband of 21 years, Ernest G. Steele, Sr. and her second husband of 24 years, Claude R. Frick and a son, Ernest G. Steele, Jr.
