COLUMBIA—Funeral services for Mark L. Tyler, 66, of Columbia, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212.Reverend Dr. Mark Bredholt will be officiating.The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home. Mr. Tyler, beloved husband for 44 years to Linda Singleton Tyler, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Born in Veblen, SD he was the son of the late Loyd Clifford Tyler and Florence Vrchota Tyler.He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army having served two tours in Vietman from 1968-1971. Mark retired after 30 years of dedicated service for the City of Columbia Water Department. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother.He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Surviving including his wife, Linda Tyler of Columbia; daughters, Adell Hudson of Columbia and Heather Russell (Chad) of Irmo; grandchildren, Anna Hudson, Jordan Russell and Alayna Russell; sisters, Jean Wannamaker of Vancouver, WA and Penny Inglis of Coeur d’Alene, ID.
