COLUMBIA—A Celebration of Life Service for Robert William Lewis, 38, of Columbia will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212.Reverend Karl McCallister will be officiating. The family will greet friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Lewis passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017.Robert proudly donated his body tissue as his final gift, his families generosity will be helping 50-60 people.Born in West Columbia, he was the son of Robert J. Lewis and Karen Johnson St. John. He enjoyed flying remote Helicopters and watching NASCAR. Robert loved all animals andworking on cars, he was a great “Mr. Fix It”. Surviving is his father, Robert J. Lewis (Laurie) of Chapin and his mother, Karen J. St. John (Paul) of Columbia; daughter, Nicole Crum of Irmo; son, Jacob Lewis of Columbia.He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Elliott Jones.
