Funeral Services for Sandra Lorick McCaw, 85, will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at Bush River Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12 - 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Bush River Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Sandra passed away March 1, 2026 at home surrounded by family. Born in Irmo, she was the daughter of the late E.K. Lorick and Margaret Smith Lorick. Sandra was a graduate of Irmo High School Class Class of 1958 where she was crowned homecoming queen. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church and a former Computer Specialist in Lexington/Richland School District 5. She was very active in her lunch group with former District 5 retirees. Family was the most important to her, as she loved spending time with them, especially her children and grandchildren. Sandra met the love of her life and best friend in 5th grade, and was married for 65 years. She also loved her coffee very much, often drinking several pots a day.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth McCaw; daughter, Kendra McCaw Brown (Tommy); son, Michael McCaw (Janet); grandchildren, Michael Brown (Amber), Tyler and Tara Barnes; sister, Laura DeWitt; and son-in-law, Eric Barnes.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Kim M. Barnes; grandson, Clayton Barnes; sister, Charlotte Lorick; and brother, James E. Lorick.
