Thomas N. Black

Thomas N. Black, 87, of Columbia, died Wednesday August 1, 2018 at his home. He was born October 29, 1930 in Pittsburgh, PA to Charles James and Jeannette Beatrice (Herwig) Black, the 6th of 7 children. He is survived by his sister Marilyn O’Brien of Pittsburgh PA; his children, Bruce T. Black, Bradley N. Black, Bonnie L. Black, Barton L. Black, and Barrie J. Williams; as well as 12 grandchildren (Carrie, Cathy, Corinne, David, Elyse, Glenn, John, Mari, Michael, Nick, Tyler, and Zach); and 6 great-grandchildren (Dalton, Dean, Mason, Summer, Waylon, and Wyatt). He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Roberta (Field) Black, and son, Brian C. Black.
